SentryOne Identity
This client was looking to create a unique identity for a newly-launched internal Customer Operations team, with the requirement that the existing corporate brand be incorporated in some way.
The purpose of the new identity was two-fold: to kick-off a new approach to customer service with existing clients, and to generate excitement among employees after the restructuring. Items produced to date include team overviews, process documentation, forms and reference tools, all of which have been met with a very positive response from both clients and employees.
