CPPNA You Belong
CPP regularly recruited for inside and outside sales representatives at local hiring fairs, but the signage and materials being used were inconsistent and out-of-date. Although there wasn’t much of a budget available for a new, high-end booth display, I knew there was still an opportunity to create a more effective presence, so I approached the HR department and asked if I could help.
I started by developing a campaign called “You belong at CPP” to draw people to the booth, using professional portraits of CPP employees as the basis for the creative. Then, by designing a few simple, low-cost items — a new banner, table display and hand-outs — I created an integrated, polished display that more than tripled the number of booth visits at the very first fair where it was used.
